About this Course

Welcome to Sport Fundamentals for your pre-school aged child! All abilities are encouraged and welcomed as we spend each week learning and practicing a new physical skill to use in games and sports for all levels such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and kicking! Our trained instructors will teach new skills and play fun games to practice our skills in an exciting and non-competitive environment.
