This program can be called “High Performance of Healthy Aging” addressing physical and mental health for the ‘forever young’ generation. It provides a pearl of yoga wisdom to harmonize “Body, Brain and Beyond.” You will enjoy ‘smart yoga’ with all yoga props and moves, and your brain will be marinated by prana breath flow. ‘Happy hips’ or ‘brain gym’ are only a few 'gems' of this yoga self-healing program. Some yoga experience is beneficial, but not required. Participants will be expected to get down and up from their yoga mat independently. All Levels Welcome
