This class is designed for adults and kids aged 13+ who have never roller skated before or have limited experience in roller skating. Topics covered start right from the very beginning focusing on fundamental skills and building good roller skating habits. Learn how to fall safely (and how not to fall), stand up on roller skates, duck walk, basic roller skate stride, two foot glide, how to stop, and more. Included are fun drills, exercises and mini games to improve balance, weight transfer and build confidence while on roller skates. Rental skates included in course fee. Full set of safety gear recommended for beginner learn to skate: Helmet, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads all mandatory.
