About this Course

I am offering a spiritual based yoga class focusing on chakras and energy centers that are fundamental in yoga practice. we will also take a dive into some themed classes that correspond with moon phases, celestial seasons and other wonders of the universe. I will guide participants through a journey of spiritual self by incorporating sound therapy, astrology and the elements. As a certified Reiki practitioner I also like to blend this into our yoga practice for a holistic experience. Consent will be asked prior to class.
