About this Course

This Care Plan helps our staff understand how to best support your child during camps and childcare programs. The information you provide is essential for creating a safe, successful, and positive experience for your child and for the group. Please consider the busy, active, and fast‑paced camp and childcare environment when completing this form. The more detail you can share about your child’s needs, strengths, routines, and support strategies, the better prepared our staff will be to help them thrive. All families will receive confirmation of their child’s camp placement and support by June 1. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Child and Youth Coordinator Gabriella Zerr at gzerr@panoramarec.bc.ca. If your child does not require 1:1 support but would benefit from staff having additional information, strategies, or background, please still complete this form. Any information you share helps us create the best possible experience for your child.
