As the fall weather is here, if arriving by car, feel free to stay warm and dry in your vehicle while waiting for your reserved activity to begin. Our staff will be available up to 10 minutes past the start time to check you in.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your sessions start time, just pop in to reception to let us know you are here!

ACTIVITY SCHEDULES
Join us in the pool, on the ice, take a fitness class or workout in the weight room.  Reservations open online at 12 noon Friday for the following week.

PRO-D DAY CAMP
Join us for a themed day of colourful crafts and outrageous games!  Camps run 8:30am-4pm, November 20th.
K-7yrs & 8-12yrs

Children currently in Kindergarten yet to turn 6 years are welcome.  Please email for assistance completing the underage registration. 
    
WEIGHT ROOM 

Our weight room features an extensive selection of strength and cardio equipment.  All equipment ensures physical distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols have been implemented to ensure your safety. Learn more>>

   
EXPLORATORIUM - FORCES & REACTIONS
3-5 yrs. Learn about natural forces and states of matter as we explore the whys and hows of various reactions through experimenting with different materials. Learn more>>       
NEW FITNESS YOGA
Tighten and tone with this fitness style yoga class.  An invigorating combination of fitness training and traditional yoga poses.  All levels welcome.

REGIONAL YOUTH WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION
13-15yrs. This 2 hour orientation will provide with an introduction on how to safely use a weight room.  Content includes use of guidelines, etiquette and basic cardio and weight equipment.
Sessions offered Nov 14th and 24th.
