About this Course

This informative, interactive series is akin to our school programs, which include an outline of personal boundaries and how to defend them, with emphasis on strangers and acquaintances. Students with female physiology will practice de-escalation and street-smart self-defense through scenario-based exercises, focusing on key target areas from standing or on the ground. In this series students will discover their personal power and the tools they have to defend themselves. Our goal is to leave your child feeling confident, aware and empowered with basic skills to defend themselves in multiple situations. These classes address bullying, assault, sexual assault and harassment with age-appropriate education.
