About this Course

Yoga Wellness is a transformational yoga program that holds potentials to enhance your life. It brings a slow fluid dynamic movement into your life by practicing a full spectrum of yoga. If you seek a change and self growth and you don't know her to begin, this program is for you. Your desire and active engagement in the classes along with recommended yoga -at-home self-care will create a stepping stone on your path to self- discovery. Intermediate experience (one year) from Yoga or Pilates or fitness experience. Participants must move up and down from a yoga mat independently.
