About this Course

Have you heard about Chakras? They are seven vital energy wheels branching from your spinal column supporting your well being. You can become a chakra balancer for yourself while practicing therapeutic yin yoga, breath work, sounds and contemplation during your inner chakra journey. New awareness will bring health benefits with a focus on your healing and well-being. Self-care home practice and journaling will be recommended. Yoga experience is beneficial but not required. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
