This therapeutic yoga class promotes a fun, thoughtful and non-competitive approach to practicing yoga with the class mantra for: Mobility, Stability and Balance. We will focus on the functions of your body rather than on the aesthetic look of yoga poses. The emphasis will be on strengthening your spine, stretching your muscles, and deepening your breath. Veronika will explain natural body science behind the flows and poses and offer adaptations as needed. Body, mind, and spirit yoga principles will be woven into this practical application. WHAT DO YOU NEED? Some yoga experience is beneficial, but not required. Participants will be expected to go down and up from their yoga mats independently. If needed, yoga props may be used.
