About this Class

FREE Family Day Yoga class. Family yoga is playful set in a non-competitive environment where parents and children (and caregivers) bond through yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness. Creativity, connection and fun for all ages and abilities, with activities adapted for both kids and adults Children must be 5 yrs+ Pre-registration required. Please ensure all family members are registered as individuals. Some mats will be available to use otherwise please bring your own.
